Silence notifications for all but phone calls

Greetings - after looking at settings,notifications - I have not found an optio for no sound.  Consequently, I've had to turn down the phone volume because of the numerous notifications I receive for emails, etc.  Please help

Settings --> Sound --> You can either select Silent Mode, or go to Volume and put all the volumes down except for calls.

Thanks for the tip.  I actually ended up going to Volume and turned off "Use incoming call volume for notification".
