Since downloading 2.2 on my Droid X, i'm having SD card issues. It randomly says it doesn't recognize the SD card and my music player, ringtones, camera, etc. doesn't work.  Anyone with simular issues or fixes?

Try reformatting your SD card and doing a hard reset on the phone.

 Press Menu and open the Settings app.

2. Scroll down and tap SD card & phone storage.

3. Tap Unmount SD card.

4. Format SD card should no longer be grayed out. Tap it.

5.Tap Format SD card again.

6. Tap Erase everything

1. From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
   
   
2. Touch Settings.
   
   
3. Touch Privacy.
   
   
4. Touch Factory Data Reset.
   
   
5. Touch Reset Phone.
    If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.
   
   
6. Touch Erase Everything.

Usually all you have to do is place sd card in a pc reader and copy everything to pc and then format card and then copy everything back and card will read again.... My suggestion is that you only copy data needed back to the card because if you have information still on card from a app you no longer have install you can run into this issue some times also.

If this doesnt work then the suggestion to do a hard reset isnt a bad ideal but if you do follow the instructions from here: http://community.vzw.com/t5/DROID-X-by-Motorola/Minimize-Droid-X-Issues-After-Froyo-Update/m-p/29658... because it makes it so the defective settings do not get restored to device automatically after restore process...
