Since the Gingerbread update on my Droid2 my corporate synch email has stopped working

I get an error message when it tries to synch. The last emails I received were on Sept 2nd. I believe the update happened on the 3rd. I cant figure out how to fix it. Nothing has changed from my company's perspective.

I'm having similar problems connecting to Yahoo email and AIM since the update.
