It is possible Real HDMI is causing issues, I would try uninstalling it and see if this fixes your problem.

Are you running the latest update for Slingbox? Some builds of the software has ahad this issue.
If you are then I would agree to uninstall RealHDMI... Another thing I have noticed that some copyrighted material blocks any apps that will transmit video outside the device but I am not sure if Slingbox has done this.

Please followup if you get things working. It's a great product (meant more for laptop access to your home TV than smartphone access) and worth it if it you get the bugs out.

I have used Slingbox on devices before with no issues, WM plays a little better with the device but this is only because they havent got the bug resolved for android yet but it will work.... The problem with RealHDMI is because it uses a code exploit to access the data required to trick the device into believing the stock app is active when it wasnt configured to allow the HDMI to turn to the on position... And since the hardware wasnt allowed to access the image on device and HSMI, this cause issue to be able to mirror on devices screen while using...
