Has anybody else notice the keyboard a bit sluggish when plugged into the factory charger. My daughter and I have been texting quite a bit the past couple nights. It seems like the when plugged into the charger the keyboard loses a bit of responsiveness. Sometime I have to double tap a letter to get it to take. I unplug it and everything is back to a smooth responsive keyboard again. I went back and forth last night wasn't my imagination there was quite a diffrence in response.

Try freeing up some of the phones internal memory by removing unwanted pictures and messages. Then power the device off then back on, then dial *228 send and option 1 on the device.
Also make sure the phone is parallel to the ground when opening the keyboard so that the accelerometer is not being activated by sudden movements at the same time the keyboard is used.

*228 option 1 is an OTA (Over The Air) Device Programming that is used to program wireless devices through the Verizon Wireless network. It fixes small phone issues and ensures the correct information is programmed on the phone.
