So no Froyo, Ok but where are our fixes?

I get that people want Froyo and i am looking forward to it too, but that isnt my major complaint.

 

I want the fixes VZ ignorantly rolled up into Froyo. I want my phone audio to work like its supposed to.

I am on the phone alot for work and to be able to hear all the words of a conversation would be great.

 

So VZ keep testing, delaying, saying nothing about Froyo for the D inc, but give us the fixes we know you already have!

You started rolling them out and then stopped!

I do apologize for the 2.2 Froyo update for the Droid Incredible by HTC not being out in a timely manner. However, we are pleased to announce that the 2.2 Froyo software update for the Droid Incredible started on 8/27/2010.  Hope this helps!

How long is the roll out going to take before we all have it?  I am so excited.  I woke up dreaming that I had it.

Really? I'm not buying it. I have heard too many times about this update. I haven't  read on any forum ANYONE who has received this update. I know you have no idea of knowing how many updates have been sent but really who has received this?

They usually roll out 10K or fewer in the first wave.

 

1 to 2 weeks is normal.

 

I woudl expect a lot of confirmatrions this weekend

If that is true they only push 10k then why not just say so? Why the vague 'Froyo is coming today' ? I would think that Verizon has enough intelligent people in customer service to just say it will be a couple of weeks. Or is that assuming too much. Verizon has failed miserably with their communication with the public. Pretty sad for a communications company.

I'm trying not to complain too much as I was with AT&T before big red and believe AT&T is just a sad, sad network.

Are you serious??  Have you heard of all the problems AT&T is having??  I am a HUGE apple fan, have a macbook, air, ipad, and HAD an Iphone, but seriusly, their call quality and dropped calls are completely unacceptible.  So I switched to the blackberry and Verion a couple years ago and upgraded to the Incredible about a month ago.  Verizon's service (at least in Los Angeles) is AMAZING.
