So I did the latest software update to my htc incredible and once again I have problems with the phone. My contacts from phone storage have suddenly disappeared...but just a lot of random numbers...some synced to fb and some not. boo to updates...i love my phone till it promts me continually to update
Try powering the device off then back on.
Then dialing *228 send and option 1 on the device.
Then try closing applications that are not used.
Try doing this before updating the device to ensure a smooth update.
