Why will my phone not get the latest software? It still has the original software it came with and I can not get it to upgrade.
If you go to Setting-About Phone, does it show 2.1? 2.2 hasn't been rolled out to everyone yet
You can update to the latest software that is available by going into settings-->about the phone-->Software update
Or you can boot your phone to the menu and it will tell you if it has been updated. mine states, update.zip 1 .....meaning i got the phone with 2.0 one ota update to 2.1, go backi to reboot phone and hit enter.
