Check out double twist in the market.  It is an iTunes sync app and is supposed to be really good.  Any songs that are mp3's downloaded outside of iTunes can be easily dragged and dropped onto your card.

That's gonna be tough.....most songs on iTunes have DRM tags on it that only allow them to be played on an iPod, iPhone, etc. You can remove the DRM but I have yet to be able to find a decent DRM-removal program so I can play them on whatever player I want to - they're my songs so I should be able to play them wherever I want to play them. You can buy DRM removal software, but I'm not gonna go that route just yet. I don't think Double Twist removes the DRM tags, so if you use that you'll only get the songs that don't have a DRM tag on it already

As Demo suggested, DoubleTwist Player does indeed do this ...  and it's FREE
