My Charge has done this at least 3 times. I'll be using the speakerphone on a call, and suddenly, it will just revert to sending the sound to the earpiece. The phone will still show the Speaker button lit up. I have to press the Speaker button again, and the phone will return to outputting to the speakerphone. Just another new feature of my phone!
