Storage Full, Losing Functionality due to back up assistant being full

My Droid phone is losing functionality (no texting  & can't forward email, etc) due to my back up assistant being full. I accidentally had it back up all my pictures on my SD card. How do I get to back up assistant online and delete these pictures.
