I would guess you need to get a new SIM card from Verizon.

Hi jbeale,

I want to make sure you have access use the device you choose. Which iPhone were you using on your line? Is it working fine with your dads line? The Bionic will need to have the SIM Card programmed to your number. How was the change done? I ask that you visit http://bit.ly/xB4iTc and you sign into your My Verizon account. Go to Activate or Change phone and select tp Swap devices. Verify the SIM Card number is the correct one from his phone and it's reflecting to be activated with your number. I also recommend completing a master reset of each device (iPhone: http://bit.ly/uBfksa Bionic: http://bit.ly/nExWmP) to ensure that the contacts and other phone details don't get combined.

Thank you,
