Sync Calendar not visible

In my Google account on the phone, sync calendar does not appear.  How do I get it appear, so I check it like the other services.

Hello and welcome!

I'm glad to be here to help out with the calendar sync. I had this same thing happen on my Droid X when I first activated it. What I did was to add a second Gmail account to the phone. Just a dummy account that I created using the Gmail set up on my phone. Once it was created, I went into Accounts & Sync, made sure calendar was listed, and then went about removing the second email account. Once it was removed, the calendar sync option returned to my first (and true) Gmail account.

Setting up a second Gmail account should be about the same regardless of phone. Go into the Gmail app, then tap 'Menu>More>Settings>Add Account>Google>Create.' To remove, go into 'Settings>Accounts & Sync>select dummy account>Remove account.'
