My wife and I have two identical HTC Incredible phones. Her phone no longer syncs to our google account. We get a message theat Sync is currently experiencing a problem and will be back shortly. It never gets back. My phone with the same google account and the same settings works fine. I have tried several soft resets with no luck. Any help would really be appreciated

Try clearing the data from her gmail app. It will force a new sync.
Go to settings > applications > manage applications > all tab > scroll down to the gmail app and select it. Press the clear data button and then force stop. Go back to the home screen and reboot the phone. Open the gmail app after the reboot and hopefully it causes a sync.
Go to settings > applications > manage applications > all tab > scroll down to the gmail app and select it. Press the clear data button and then force stop. Go back to the home screen and reboot the phone. Open the gmail app after the reboot and hopefully it causes a sync.
