Sync options Droid X with Outlook

I called Verizon and Outlook and Verizon Droid X will not sync.  There are programs out there that will do it (kinda 3rd party).  Can anyone recommend one program over another to sync Outlook to my Droid X???

Are you using Outlook w/ work? Or pulling from a personal email server?

I was able to set up Outlook used w/ work and it pulls and updates mail, calendar and contacts

I use Companion Link, works well.  Outrlook syncs with Google.
