Can I synchronize the calendar on the Droid with the Outlook Calendar on my laptop? Could do that with my old Blackberry. If so, how?

For outlook only I understand that there are some third party apps but I haven't tried any of them to say what does or doesn't work, or provide directions on how.

For non Exchange I use Google Calendar Sync. Installs on your PC and syncs your outlook calendar with your Google Calendar, then from your Google Calendar to your device. If you set up for two way sync you can add a calendar item on the device and ultimately it will sync to your outlook. Works good after you adjusting settings to your liking

For outlook to Droid 2 calendar syncing, I use the free app Syncroid. Currently only works one way (PC-> phone) but that is what I need. Syncs by USB.
