Syncing e-mail

My Samsung Droid Charge just stopped syncing with my msn.com e-mail account 3 days ago.  I haven't done anything to change my settings and I can't figure out how to get it to start syncing again.

Are you able to access any other data (browser)?
Do you have any other email addresses added to your device?
Let's begin with a soft reset http://bit.ly/VVYcWh.
When it comes back, make sure airplane mode is disabled, but make sure data is enabled http://vz.to/YwHT51.
From there, we need to check network settings http://vz.to/13k70cW to make sure LTE/CDMA is enabled.

If this doesn't work, you should remove the email account  and readd it.

I removed the account a couple of days ago and re-added it through Live Mail and it is now syncing again.
