The phone works even better, when it will stay on... I love my incredible, but the update dumped my contacts, I got 90% of them back. It also was forcing close when I tried to go on facebook and it runs WAY more apps automatically than it used to. I think I fixed the problem manually- I DO NOT want to have to reset phone. My best advice is to back up all of your important things BEFORE you install the system update.
