3 WEEKS OF HAVING THE PHONE AND IT DIED RIGHT IN MY HANDS. I HAVE HAD A FEW ERRORS LIKE THE PHONE SHUTS OFF BY ITS SELF, TAKES A LONG TIME TO BOOT, FREEZES... BUT TODAY, IT TURNED OFF IN MY HANDS AND ITS BEEN A FEW HOURS AND NOTHING. TECH SUPPORT SAID GO TO THE STORE AND NEW REPLACEMENT... ALL THE DOWNLOADS AND SETTINGS AND CUSTOMIZING THAT I JUST DID DOWN THE DRAIN TO DO IT AGAIN... BATTERY LIFE DOES NOT LAST LONG, I DO HAVE THE TASK KILL AND IM A GOOD TECH GUY. I SHUT OFF SERVICES THAT ARE NOT NEEDED CONSTANTLY. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE A METRO PCS PHONE WITH ALL THE ISSUES! IT'S SUPPOSE TO BE A HIGH TECH PHONE AND IS EXPENSIVE, SO WHY SO MANY ISSUES?

Try pulling the battery out and leave it out for a few minutes. Then put it back in and try to start it again. If you got the phone before the 16th and are less than 30 days owning the phone, I would try for an exchange in the store should the battery pull not work. After the 16th, it is a 14 day return policy for all devices purchased from Verizon.
FYI please next time turn off the caps lock. It is considered YELLING on the Internet. Thanks
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I don't reply to posts or emails when typed in all caps.

Well somebody has to answer especially if there was a question somewhere buried in the post, don't they?. And thanks to my work, I have the benefit (or is it a disadvanage?) of typing and reading in CAPS every day. I can usually get past the size of the letters to read the content of the message.

For me it's a matter of what makes sense and what doesn't. I also don't reply to posts or emails with no punctuation and all the words run together as if it was written by an 8 year old.

Who else rights in all caps?
@pool, I know what you mean. If I have to use all of my cognitive abilities to understand the question there's nothing left for the answer

My other pet peeve is the single block of text that is 4 pages long.
