I constantly get the "text message not sent" notification from contacts facebook has linked to my phone. The numbers have a +1 then the 10 digit number. Is there a way to alter the phone numbers of my facebook contacts, as the phone says the I cannot edit the information? Or is there a way I can tell the phone to disregard/delete the +1 from all of the numbers.
With the new update I am unable to save an additional number to a contact (the same number without the +1) as I did before with the old version of the phone.
If anyone has any idea on how to correct the issue, please advise me on how I can correct the problem.

With the option to sync contacts with your facebook account, many times the information in the mobile phone field in a person's FB profile is incorrect or not in proper format. This causes the message origination to fail on the device never making it to the network.
when the mobile phone field in the FB profile has a "1" in front of the area code and number, the device is reading this as an interntional number and prepends the terminating number with 011, which causes the message origination to fail. The for for this is to change the format of FB contacts to a 10-digit number, so they do not have a "1" in front.
