For some odd reason, every time either send out a text message, or go into text message mode, I get an alert that says "Text message not sent." I have checked all my text messages, and they have all apparently been sent. Yet, each time I send another, I get it again, even though the recipient clearly acknowledges that he received it.
Any idea what is going wrong?

As an addendum, when I bring up the notification that the text message was not sent, it says, "Message not available."

Clearing Cache and Clearing Application Data did not solve the problem.
I have considered deleting the application and reinstalling it, but I'm not allowed to delete it. The phone won't let me.

Have you tried reprogramming the phone to the network? Dial *228, option 1 and reboot the phone and dial *228, option 2?
This will reset how the phone communicates with the network.
Are you in a Verizon Wireless network area or an extended network area? Make sure that you do the reprogramming in Verizon Wireless network area.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
