I'm getting a video on the screen  when I receive a phone call kind of looks like a youtube video it stops playing when I answer the phone it plays for everyone that calls even though I have some contacts with set ringtones.  I have never had this happen before. How do I remove this and stop it from happening again please help thanks

Try doing a soft reset on the device by powering the device off then removing and replacing the battery.  

If the problem persist a factory reset maybe needed.
