This just started yesterday. As soon as I initiate a phone call, text notification appears and I'm able to retrieve the messages. Without initiating a call I don't receive any notification. I have done two hard resets, several soft resets and even a recovery. Still have the same problem. Tech support was unable to help much until I can call from another line. Anybody else having same issues?
