Every time I try and install the download from verizon for the v casr media software, it tells me it can't complete the down load because my computer processor is running a 64 bit processor. What can I do about this

Screen resolution of 1024x576 with 16-bit color or greater
QuickTime 7 or later
A Broadband internet connection is required to access the V CAST Media Store.
I apologize but currently there is no information on the release of an update for the V Cast Media Manager software. I can only recommend directly copying media like music to the phone by after mounting the device that is connected to the computer via the usb cable.
