Hey everyone,
I've been having problems with the person that I'm talking with not hearing me after a certain point in the call. It did this a few weeks ago and VZW tech support had me reset the phone, and this fixed it for a week or so. Now it's doing the same thing; after a few minutes the other party asks if I'm still there, states that they can't hear me, and subsequently hangs up. I tried disabling LTE and got the same results, and this happens both on and off bluetooth. This evening a VZW tech support rep told me that he's heard of this problem before and that it's likely software related. But I can't find anything about this online, has anyone heard of this?
I'm on my third Charge, why can't they get this thing right???

It happens to me too. Someone said in another thread (Galaxy Nexus) that it's a common hardware defect and to replace the phone. Sounds like that didn't work for you though.
