The touch screen on my HTC Incredible has completely stopped responding. Any ideas on how to fix? Is this a common problem?
It is never fun to have issues with your device oshea288! This is not a common issue with the Incredible! Have you tried a hard reset? This may fix the issue, here is how: http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=30946 Be sure your contacts are backed up through the Backup Assistant or Google contacts. If it does not allow you to use the screen at all, try the alternate method listed in the link above. You may need to try a battery pull prior to resetting device. Let us know if the issue persists.

This is not true, there is another conversation about the same issue on this webpage. Several incredible 2 users are having issues with their touch screens not responding... including me.
