I'm having problems with my touchscreen. It started about 3 days ago - it will work just fine for the majority of the day and then it will just go on the "fritz" basically. It will become unresponsive AND/OR the screen will just start showing that I have hit 5-7 letters when sending a text - even when I'm not touching the screen. Not sure what is going on or why it is happening. Getting irritated with it since it is a brand new phone - I've had it for about a month. Anyone have any ideas what is going on or if it can be fixed??
Try doing a soft reset by powering the phone off and remove the battery. Wait 5 seconds then place the battery back in and power the device on. Hope this helps!
I've done that a few times now - it doesn't fix the problem. I'm thinking that I'm going to go to Verizon and have them give me a new phone - it's under warranty.....Just VERY disappointed that this is happening!
