...OK - just got the Droid X. I want to increase the pre-installed 2G SD card to a 4G card from my old phone, which has all of my photos and other saved items, but it appears that if I remove the 2G pre-installed card, I lose my ringtones and other items I downloaded when I activated the phone. How do I transfer the data from the 2G card to the 4G card, or can I transfer that data to the resident memory on the Droid? Thanks in advance...
1. You can place card in PC reader and copy everything onto PC into a folder and then copy the files back to the 4 Gig card (Make sure you do not place in folder when placed back on card)
2. Plug both phones in with USB and copy from one to the other through My Conputer....
