Transferring Pics from my Incredible to v cast manager

How do I transfer my pics from my Droid Incredible them via usb  to my V-cast  manager or at least save them to my memory card so I can transfer them to my laptop?

I was never able to figure that out even with Verizon tech trying to help.  The only thing I could do was "share" the photo by emailing it to myself.  If you do figure it out, please let us know.

The pictures taken on your Incredible are automatically saved to your memory card. You can take the memory card out and insert the card to your PC and transfer the pictures.
