I have used an IPhone for the 3 years, I switched for the better camera offered on the Droid Incredible. If I knew I was not going to be able to sync with windows contacts or easily transfer pics from phone to PC via USB I would have never switched. Thanks goodness I have 28 days left to return which I will do if I find these two thing can not be done. Can anyone offer help?

You could just use the adapter that came with the SD card.
Remove the card from the phone
Place in adapter
Place SD card in appropriate slot on your computer.
OR
Plug the phone into your computer.
On your phone, if a menu does not appear, go to the main screen and pull down the notification bar.
Click on, "Charging" and choose, "Mount as disk"
Go into your computer to see the two add'l drives. Find the pix, copy and paste.

Moving pics to your computer can be done a few ways.
1. Send to flickr
2. email
3. take SD card out and put in comp
4. Using the cord and mounting as disk
There are apps too. (dropbox.....)
As for sync to Windows Contacts.... can't you sync gmail contacts to windows contacts and thus your phones contacts would be sync'd?
