Trying to add my Embarq email account to my Droid 2 Global

I am attempting to add mt embarq email account to my Droid 2 Global.  Any one have step by step instructions on how to do this?  I am not highly technical so as plain english as possible would be wonderful

Try these steps

Add Email Account Steps

From the home screen, touch the Menu.

Touch Settings

Touch Accounts

Touch Add Account 

Select type of account to add, in this case tap Email

Enter Required email & password information, tap Next

Tap Done

Corporate email account add Steps

1. From the home screen, touch the Menu. 

2. Touch Settings 

3. Touch Accounts 

4. Touch Add Account 

5. Touch Corporate Sync 

6. Enter the exchange server settings in the appropriate fields: 

    A. Domain\username 

    B. Password 

    C. Email Address 

    D. Server

7. If desired, ensure Use secure connection (SSL) and Accept all SSL certificates are checked then click Next. 

8. Touch the Email Checking frequency dropdown. 

9. Touch the desired frequency. 

10. Touch the Amount to synchronize dropdown. 

11. Touch the desired amount. 

12. Touch the desired account options then touch Next. 

      A. The account option is enabled if a green check mark is present. 

      B. Send email from this account by default. 

      C. Notify me when email arrives. 

      D. Sync contacts from this account. 

      E. Enter an account name and outgoing message name then touch Done.
