Twitter (Android) just hangs at LOGIN

I had Twittercast installed for a couple of weeks and decided to go to the stock/native Twitter for Android app ...   I uninstalled Twittercast and downloaded/installed Twitter for Android .. and rebooted.   After keying in my login credentials, it just sits on "signing in" .....    I have to reboot the phone to stop it from the attempted login ...

 

Any ideas?

figured this out ... duh ...  I had the wrong email address ....  (you would think that it would TELL me that !!  not just hang forever.)  Uninstalled for another app.
