What about the disapearing apps ?????? moved to the media area ?????????????????
I did a quick test on my daughter's phone. Her Bionic was updated last night. The camera is definitely improved, especially when you zoom in. The shutter lag is gone.
As for the disappearing apps - I moved two of her games to the media area and then rebooted her phone. The apps were still on her home page and I could launch them, but the icons had changed. The game titles were still at the bottom of the icon, but instead of the Angry Birds icon, it had the Settings icon.
At least the application shortcuts remain. Anyone else with the update wnat to try this on their phone?
Still waiting for my Update has everyone got the update yet.
So, did it take forever to 'search for updates'? It seems like my droid can't find anything.
I followed the instructions in the pdf to look for it.
