USAAA bank users or mobile bank users

I use the USAA bank app for my banking.  Although when trying to use the deposit@mobile, were you take a pic of the front and the back of your check I have a problem.  I can take the pic of the front of the check but not the back of the check.  The camera will focus on the back but not actually take the pic.  USAA tech support can't help.

It sounds like user error  Did you enable location?

There is an Android App forum too here, plus probably a support forum somewhere w/ USAA.

maybe a better place to post the question there if you don't get any good responses.
