Unable to connect to Microsoft Exchange Corporate email server

I was able to create my corporate email account and it worked fine for a couple of days. I deleted the account because it wasn't working - I wasn't receiving any new emails. Now, when I try to recreate the account, I receive the message: "The host is unknown" after I typed the name of MS Exchange server and hit next.
The Exchange server name is correct - same name I used when I firs created the account.
