Is there any way to ungroup the message threads? So annyonig have to scroll through the ones i wnt to save to get to the new one and so confusing having old message moixed in with new ones.

There is no way to ungroup the message threads, unfortunately.
Please note that for the messages you do not want anymore, you can press and hold on that message. You will then be given the option to delete the message. Your thread will still be there, but that particular message will be gone.
As a sidenote, once a message is deleted from the handset, it cannot be recovered.

I know how to delete messages. The issue is that all the messages from Facebook come in grouped together, but they are in reply to several different posts or are from several different users. It is very confusing and cluttered. I don't understand why a feature that worked just fine was changed without any option to go back to the way that works better. If oyu really think it is so unfortunate then suggest that during the net upgrade they go back to individual messages lol!!!!
