I have an unknown icon that popped on my phone and I can't find out what it means. I looked online, in the manual - nothing. It is a little gray icon with a person's silhouette so it looks like a contact...with an orange warning sign on it. What does this mean and how do I manage it?

BTW, noticing a lot of others on this board mentioning they are only getting 3G. So it's not just me. I get 4G speed at my office, but at home, 3G.
