Update download froze @ 95% complete

Got the message the update was available and started downloading.  I had it set to wireless in my house and all was proceeding well.  At 95% the download stopped and has been there for 8 hrs.  I re-booted the phone and it still says the is update downloading and @ 95% complete.

 

Basically stock phone except for some apps.  Anything I can do to get the update to finish or re-start?

It must be frustrating to have an incomplete update download; I understand your concerns and have included a troubleshooting step that has resolved similar issues for others. Please Disable All Data connections (WiFi and mobile network) and remove battery with phone ON. Re-insert battery after 20 seconds and re-enable all data connections. This may reset any data connection error preventing the completion of the update download.
