My Droid Mini just upgraded to Android 4.4. Subsequently, my phone no longer recognizes flash memory connected through the USB (OnTheGo) port.

Anybody else have this problem?

A little more research reveals that all OTG capable phones upgraded to KitKat loose the OTG capability. Apparently the authors of Android want it that way. A work-around is the app "Nexus USB OTG Manager." Install the trial version first to confirm that it works with your phone. It works with my DROID MINI with KitKat.
