I redownloaded it and installed it 3 times
I am also having an issue with the SD not wanting to mount, any help would be fantastic!

I have provided some information below that may help.
Step 1 – Try resetting the application.
-Press Menu
-Select Settings
-Select Applications
-Select Manage Applications
-Select the Vcast application
-Clear Data (and clear cache)
Step 2 – Try a soft reset after Step 1 is complete.
Step 3 – Re-program the phone
-Dial *228 send
-Press option 1 once the automated recording prompts
-Wait for activation successful notification (30-45secs)
Step 4 – If none of the above steps worked, try putting the device into safe mode. Safe mode is a method that allows the device to run without non-essential applications. This is beneficial for troubleshooting 3rd party applications. Instruction article below:
http://support.vzw.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=34184
If the application works properly while in safe mode, you may have an application that is not native to the device causing the problem.
I hope this helps.
