VERIZON - Please fix our issues from latest update!!!

A plea to Verizon to fix the many issues since the last update!  Verizon, if you read these boards at all, please look at all these discussion threads!

A factory reset DOES NOT fix the problem.  People are having issues from their phones freezing, rebooting(count me in that one) or contact images not showing up in stock message app(count three of our DINC2 phones for this one). 

How long must we wait for a fix?  When I try to call about the issues, support acts like I am the only one having the problem - DON'T YOU READ YOUR OWN FORUMS?

Please, please fix the problems!

Do you realize that this is a peer to peer forum where customers help other customers and not a direct link to customer service?

Yes, I do realize, but every once in a blue moon support does respond.  Just hoping they will notice.....nothing wrong with trying.

They also seem to only post to discussions marked as a question. Yours unfortunately is not marked as such. I guess you could report the original message to the Moderators and ask for it to be marked as a question.
