VOIP From Phone

At home I have no mobile signal on my INC2. My wife's phone gets a couple of bars and my jetpack gets a couple of bars.

I have unlimited text and talk, so just want to use what I'm paying for.

Since I can't make or receive calls on my INC2 at home, what is the best way to make and receive calls over my wireless connection?

Hi mooreted,

It would be a great idea to receive calls over data. I want to get the issue with your phone resolved first. It might not be a good idea to look at VOIP as an option because the Jetpack is not designed to be powered on or connected to data 24/7.

What is your current zipcode? Have you updated your roaming list by dialing *228 send and select option 1? Please let us know so we can further assist you.

Yes, I have reset using *228 many times. Outside I can get 2 or 3 bars.

Inside I get nothing. My jetpack gets good reception inside. The only thing

I can think of now is a signal booster, but it's probably not worth the

money they want for one.
