Verizon Tones Error Code 109

Every time I try to log in to Verizon Tones I get an error message that says "Unable to authenticate mobile number.  Please try again.  ERROR CODE: 109".  How do I fix it?

cschilling3, let's get you authenticated! First, log into My Verizon, http://bit.ly/xB4iTc by using your mobile number and password. Please be advised that if you have multiple lines on your account, each line must be registered individually in order to access Verizon Tones. transformer9518, I'm sorry to learn that you're still unable to launch the Verizon Tones application.  Are you able to log into your My Verizon account, successfully? Have you tried restarting your device?  Also, try clearing the data and force stopping the application in the app manager; settings>application manager/apps> (all) verizon tones>force stop/clear data.
