right now, i'd be happy with a noticeable update for the good. the fp5 just made it worse. i keep hearing that they are working on one and i'm praying they're right and not just feeding me stuff to keep me away. noticeable meaning performance wise with network (lte, cdma, wifi) improvements and to make the phone run smoother without hanging up/freezing/force closing all the time. and an actual ui change would be nice as well (ics, jb, whatevers next, instead of stalebread)

So I went by the Verizon Store today and guess what.. No help again. And guess what.. They told me my phone is no longer able to be replaced BECAUSE Y'ALL'S FAILURE TO HELP A CUSTOMER pushed it over a year for the warranty. That WILL NOT stop me from pestering and complaining until y'all live up to y'all's deal. I will be like a festering sore like my phone is to me. Pretty sad that I've stopped by once a month to see if they could fix it and they kept pushing it off.. Could have guessed.
