Verizon lost my phone/order

So I bought 2 HTC Incredibles on June 2nd in store and was told my phones would be shipped on the 22nd. I am getting antsy waiting for my phones and decided to call and get a tracking number to see when my phones would be here. I talked to both the main customer service center as well as an employee at the location where I purchased the phones. Both places were unable to find any information about my phones. The main service center could not pull up any of my information in their system. I gave the employee at the location I bought the phones the order number off of the receipt that I received when I purchased the phones. They were unable to find any kind of tracking number and was lost as to why they could not find the information.
Anyone have any suggestion on what to do.
