I am so disappointed! I was using my video to grand daughter and then went to play it back and there was no volume. I have checked all my setting and they are all turned up. Any suggestions out there?

There is a setting in the cameras settings for that...    An easy fix/adjustment

Hello TerryeS,

The Droid Incredible 2 has one of the best camera and video recorder on the smartphone market. You certainly have picked a great device for your media needs. May I ask are you using any 3rd party video apps in conjunction with the video recorder? If so then I recommend removing the app and try to the play the video that you already recorded to see if the audio is present. As Axised stated, there are settings in the phone that allow you to adjust the volume on the Incredible 2. I have posted the steps below for your review.

Go to settings > Sound > Volume.

Here to can adjust the volume to the ringtone, media, alarm, and notification. I would also recommend verifying that the sound profile is set to normal. Once you have confirmed the settings, please record a sample video and play it to verify that the audio was records with the video. If the audio still isn't present then the final troubleshooting step would be a factory data reset. Prior to performing the reset, it's best to verify that your contacts and calendar entries are properly backed up on your Gmail account. The steps to Perform a factory data reset can be found in the link below.

The device will need to be re-setup once the factory data reset has been completed. Before customizing your device, please test the video recorder for audio and post your findings on this forum. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you...
