Yesterday when I turned on my phone I started getting a force close error due to a problem with voice commands ("The application Voice Commands (process com.nuance.android.vsuite.vsuiteapp) has stopped unexpectedly"). This does not stop so it is impossible to do anything on the phone. I performed a factory reset, but this did not help. The error continues to pop up. Any ideas for how to fix this problem? I upgraded to the most recent operating system a few weeks ago. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Have you had any datat issues because sometimes some apps FC if the resources isnt avaliable to function and the voice command app requires a web connection.

I did not have any other issues. I never even use the voice commands. This started after the phone had been off while charging. When I powered back up the errors began.

I would boot the phone into SAFE MODE and see if the problem persists, or not. if NOT, you likely have a 3rd party APP that introduced the issue and time to start uninstalling them - at least the more recently installed ones.
to get into SAFE MODE:
- Power off
- Press & Hold the MENU button (far left button)
- Power up the phone - but continue holding the Menu button
after about 1-2 mins the phone should come up saying "SAFE MODE" in lower left corner
See if you still have the problem.
To get out of SAFE MODE, power off & on as usual.
good luck
