Voice search

It was working before, but now when I press the microphone symbol, the image shows a line the the microphone and it won't work. I am sure that I turned something off . Can I fix this or do I have to bring it back to Verizon?

Hi :smileyhappy:   I understand that you have questions regarding enabling your voice search and I can certainly help you from here.   When you go to "Search", and click the microphone option, do you receive an error message or does it just have a line going across the microphone?  Do you receive any type of error message?

Hi.  Thank you for responding.  If you can, go into your Menu-Settings-Text to Speech.   Is the "Install voice data" option grayed out?  If not, click on that option to install the feature again.    Did you download any type of speech or music  application before it stopped working?
