How do you get the first word to be capitalized?

Just press shift on keyboard before you start speaking, the first letter will be what ever position the keyboard is in, if its caps on then it will be caps.

Doesn't work even if I lock the caps.

Always comes up with initial Caps here.

Do you have a setting to turn off Initial Caps?

I have auto-caps on for both Swype input and multi-touch keyboard.
