I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S111 and I have been trying to set up the voicemail on it but it is not working. The directions say to dial *86 for voicemail and when the directions come on to press # to interrupt which will give me the prompts to set it up. When I press # I get a blank as if it is waiting for my message. Is there a way to reset it so I can set up my password and voicemail message?
Is this for a new line or did you have a Verizon voicemail before on your previous phone?

I had it before but I called Verizon today and they solved the problem. It was something on their end so I am a happy camper.
